These terms apply when you use JRNL at jrnltrades.com. By creating an account, you agree to them. Questions: eli@ambrixstudio.com.

The service

JRNL is a trading journal and analytics tool. It is currently in beta: features may change, and there may be bugs or downtime.

Not financial advice

JRNL shows you information about your own trading. Nothing in JRNL is investment, financial or trading advice. Rule limits, payout estimates and prop-firm terms shown in JRNL may be examples or may be out of date; always confirm with your prop firm. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You own your journal data. You give us permission to store and process it only to run JRNL for you.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse JRNL: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or use JRNL to violate any law or your prop firm's terms.

Shared content

If you share PnL cards or other content publicly, you are responsible for what you share. Only upload images and videos you have the right to use.

Paid plans

JRNL is free during beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged.

Termination

You can stop using JRNL and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

JRNL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing).

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use JRNL after that means you accept the new terms.
